Over the past week i've had the chance to reconnect with a bunch of my old school friends. Friends from High School [92-97], Friends from waterloo [97-99], and Friends from humber [99-00].
The past couple years i have felt terrible losing touch with alot of people i used to call great friends. My recent performance as a friend has been subpar at best. I am selfish. I've come from one extreme to the other. The life choices i've made has made it difficult to have a close group of friends who i do everything with. The parallel has occured where i have a large group of friends but our relationships are just above an acquaintance.
Not sure if i have a point to all of this rambling.
Have i let my friends down? I really hope not.
- A person whom one knows, likes, and trusts.

I think it just depends on the person...some thrive with a large group of friends...others with just a few. I think the best definition of a friend is someone you can talk to - even after years of not seeing each other - and pick up exactly where you left off.
