Some HOT Hostesses this Weekend at Afterlife FRIDAY and Tonic SATURDAY.

Age is catching up to me.
My Road trips with Margaret are slowing turning into those trips you used to take with your parents when you sleep early and wake up early to do as much as possible during the day.

Detroit wasn't as bad as i thought it would be. However 8 Mile did look pretty ghetto.

Motel 6 was scary with the bulletproof glass between me and the employee at the check in counter. $40USD a nite. Can't go wrong...but ...but the better deal was $30USD the next night in Auburn Hills. Included a kitchen and was clean. Booked it on hotwire and it was considered lower rating than motel 6. But Motel 6 was grimey. Like gutter don't want to take my shoes off to walk on the carpet grime.

Drove my civic down. Lowered cars take beatings in michigan. The next time you feel that you pay too much tax up here go to michigan and drive on the roads. Terrible...just terrible.

The outlet malls were pretty nice. Alot of stores for both margaret and myself. There was alot more selection compared to Buffalo.

We went to 4 malls in total.
    Prime Outlets in Birch Run
Great Lakes Crossing in Auburn Hills
    The Somerset Collection in Troy
Eastland Mall in Harper Woods (8 Mile Road)

Great Lakes Crossing is the supersized version of Vaughn Mills.
Somerset Collection is where rich white people shop.
Valet parking takes up 60% of the parking lot.

Eastland Mall parking lot only has 2 types of cars:
    - ghetto
    - escalades sittin' on chrome

A few interesting things from the trip:
    - There is no such thing as a small size anything when it comes to food
    - A Large Tim Horton's Coffee in Detriot is XL
    - Domestic SUVs are mandatory in michigan
    - The Abercrombie Store in Somerset was filled with Asians. Both working and shopping
    - Everyone speeds on Detroit highways
    - The Pistons Cheerleaders are very pretty (Appeared at Great Lakes Crossing)
    - Detroit Urban Radio Stations play the same 10 songs every hour
    - Live to Air radio bangs out crunk hits at 10:30pm and then booty remixes during primetime
    - I saw 10 japanese cars in total and maybe 8 european cars in Michigan
    - A regular cup of ice cream from Hagan Daaz consists of 6 scoops of ice cream.
    - The rich mall had actual models standing on podiums outside the stores.
    - Cable TV at motels have the best movies on all the time.
    - Sarnia is the best border crossing ever.

If you ever do go to D-town and want to save money on accomodations.

Extended Stay America Detroit - Auburn Hills
    www.hotwire.com
    $25USD + Applicable Taxes (6%)
one star rating but its nice for what it is.

    Anthony has one mean cross
